In this first video, I teach you the basics of Grounding, one of the most valuable spiritual tools I know have have used for over 30 years. I could go on for hours and hours about this very simple yet profound tool, it can be a helper for so many things in your life. But this is a nice simple beginning lesson so we will keep it under 10 minutes.
As I work with a lot of sound healers and therapists, I have specifically shown how you can use grounding with sound healing, but grounding is not limited to that arena.
This is a tool that is great to practice when you sit down to meditate. The more you practice grounding, the more confident and comfortable you will get with it. Watch this video multiple times to help develop your skill, knowledge, and trust with it.
