Our Unlimited Crystal Singing Bowls are made from naturally-derived Quartz glass, giving them beautiful, clear tones with long sustain. Quartz is made from Quartz sand or Silica sand. To be considered Quartz sand or Silica sand, it must contain at least 95% Silica Dioxide (SiO2) and less than .6% Iron Oxide.
