Superior. I bought the smaller version of the bowl before and loved it and then gave it to a musician who loved it also. This new one is even more special... the sustain of the ring and the singing ... such ease with doing that with the small mallet provided!

The bell makes a beautiful sound and is delightful. The wrapping around the striker is slightly shoddy. There is a s scratch in the middle of the bowl on the inside. There is a minor blemish on the inside of the bowl. Delivery costs to the UK are excessive - over £60.00, costing more than the item itself! There are no frills on the item - I would like to have received better packaging, possibly with a note, some documentation or a little box? No thought was given to how the bell is presented to the customer, again indicating that the producer has omitted to pay enough attention to detail. Delivery was slower than expected, although acceptable. Generally the item is OK but I would expect better workmanship, considering the price. I will nevertheless cherish this bell as it produces a warm, sustained, tuned and crisp ring which brings joy. Please accept the above comments and hopefully you will be able to provide an improved product?
