I've never owned a bowl like this and it was exactly what I needed. My pineal gland definitely felt activated as I was playing and the frequency is very close to Solfeggio 285hz which heals the Adrenal Glands, so it's perfect for grounding the energy throughout my meditations. I've been playing almost every day after work because it does calm the CNS instantly.
The bowel sounds great and the quality is impeccable. I was not prepared, however, for the movement of this bowel, unequivocally the best bowel movement I have ever had.
